Katherine is that rare breed, a Southern California native; born and raised in Glendale. She has been involved in
theater and singing since a 9th grade production of Guys & Dolls. She has participated in many plays; among
them, Dark of the Moon, Star Spangled Girl, Bye Bye Birdie, Harvey, How to Succeed In Business Without Really
Trying, Mame, Hello Dolly, Mr. Roberts, Heaven Can Wait and Cinderella. She has taken acting classes from
June Chandler and Kirk Bowman and voice lessons from Hamilton Williams and Louis Sacco. She sang with
the group White Linen over the summer of '98 and is currently involved in writing songs as well as singing and
recording. She works as an editor in the health sciences industry and spends her free time playing guitar, going
to movies, dancing, reading, and practicing karate. She's been involved with volunteer work for the AIDS Service
Center in Pasadena since December of '97. Whenever she needs to recharge her batteries she heads down to
Santa Monica to catch a glimpse of the ocean and do some serious people watching.
