Momma's gonna sing was recorded in the winter of 2005 at Studio B
Escondido California. Written, arranged and entirely performed by
Ken Brodeur playing guitar, harmonica, and  the Technics PR100
Digital Ensemble keyboard for bass and drum tracks.  This tune has
a folk/rock/blues feel.
Recorded in my home with a laptop, Cakewalks Sonar 3 and a
stereo pair miniature condenser mic, this work, along with others
were recorded with no overdubs for a "live" feel.  This recording,
mistakes et al, was inspired by my daughter when one night she
wanted ma and pa to play music with her!
Momma's gonna sing
by ken brodeur

First saw you in the hall made me feel tall
from that point on the pleasure spawned
so we had a tempest brewing all along
with fighting and loving and...

Now our love was born you and me were torn
seems to be dying filled with a lying
we kept on keeping on contentious as we go
with one thing in mind and...

Our love then came to us inspired by a little cuss
dragged back together during some bad weather
we ended up singing a song being as one
all because she said...
